Payment Process:

I accept payment via PayPal invoice only. Once we’ve confirmed the details of your commission, I will send an invoice for 50% upfront to secure your slot.After receiving the deposit, I’ll begin your sketch. Once the sketch is approved, I’ll request the remaining 50% before completing and delivering the final artwork.

Content Limits: NSFW and SFW requests welcome. Feral-adjacent, LGBT, monster, and most kink content accepted. No AI, no underage, and no abusive themes.
Time Taken: Turnaround is 3-7 days typically.
Age Verification: By commissioning NSFW artwork from me, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
Payment: 50% of the total payment is required upfront before work begins. I will send you an invoice via PayPal. After you approve the sketch or initial review, the remaining 50% will be due before final completion and delivery.
Revisions: Small revisions during the sketch phase are free. Major revisions after sketch approval, or once rendering has started, may require an additional fee based on complexity.
Usage Rights: The artwork is for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing. You may share it on social media, use it as an icon/banner, or display it for personal enjoyment, but you may not sell or profit from it without a separate licensing agreement.
Credit: If you share the artwork publicly, visible credit ("Art by @Rysvael") must be given. If you provide your social handles and consent, I will credit you when showcasing your piece. (Opt-in by default to protect your privacy.)
Privacy Policy: Completed commissions may be displayed in my portfolio, galleries, or promotional materials. If you require full privacy, please inform me during ordering. A privacy fee may apply for fully private work.
Artist Rights: I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, galleries, social media, and promotional use, unless otherwise agreed. Commercial use, resale, or full ownership transfer requires a separate licensing agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you cancel after sketch approval, the 50% deposit is non-refundable to cover time already invested. Full refunds are not available after the final artwork is delivered.
Agreement: By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
